b. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders, in whole or in part, at our sole discretion. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide you with any applicable refunds or replacements.
c. No refunds will be given for any reason, including but not limited to service interruptions, downtime, or any other issues. We may, at our sole discretion, offer replacements for certain orders, subject to availability and any applicable terms and conditions.
Responsibility for Bots
a. We are a web hosting company and do not provide any guarantees or warranties regarding the functionality or performance of bots or other software applications used by our customers.
b. We are not responsible for any issues or errors related to bots or your settings, including but not limited to failures to land purchases or other performance issues. We accept no liability or responsibility for any losses or damages arising from such issues.
c. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your bots and settings are properly configured and functioning, and for any losses or damages arising from any failures or errors in their operation.
a. This Fulfillment Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
b. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Fulfillment Policy shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
