Spam Handling
Messages trapped by the spam/virus filter will be sent to the message quarantine, where they may be released or deleted in 30 days. You will also receive a daily report of all messages that are in the quarantine. Each user has the abiltity to release messages, whitelist/blacklist senders and train the bayesian self learning engine. Users can be set up to receive reports/options for the entire domain or on a per email address basis.
