Our Solution
Secure Foundations rids 99% of all Spam by filtering
mail through our filtering gateway. The gateway leverages the power of many
anti-spam blacklisting networks & state of the anti-spam filtering software
by the Open Source community and Secure Foundations. Understand that this
is not a boxed product that was installed and forgotten, it is a custom
system designed, constructed, maintained and monitored by Secure Foundations.
The gateway is the guardian to the Secure Foundations mail servers.
Spam Handling Options
a) Spam can be handled by a Secure Foundations
Administrator. Filters are checked every (2) hours, in the rare event legitimate
mail is caught in the filters, it will be redirected to proper destination.
b) The spam mail quarantine may be accessed and managed through a web browser.
c) Mail can be redirected to a alternate email account for easy access. This can be accomplished at the domain or user level.
